Respect? Castillo didn't respect Corrales by not weighing in for the 2nd and 3rd fight!!! R.I.P Chico.

jose luis castillo is still a force to reckon with. his KO loss to hatton was a pure luck. witter must fight and convincingly defeat castillo, by that time, hatton may be tempted to fighting him.

He ain't earning **** by beating JLC.

He's done at this point. Evidenced by the 1 punch knockout loss to Hatton.

            Luck my ass.

He was fumbling around the ring like a shot fighter with no balance and predictable attacks, and was knocked out with 1 punch to the ribs.

Prior to that he had never been on the canvas before let alone stopped with a single punch. The flurry by Corrales was the only time he was stopped by punches in his entire career.

Take into consideration his performance against Ngoudjo also.

Like Diego before he died, Castillo suffered from personal financial problems. Castillo needs to get paid and he doesn't have many options. Simply put, this is only about money for Castillo. I hope somebody helps the old warrior out.

this is one of those fights, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. i personally don't think that it's a good fight for witter since castillo is far from his prime and is ripe for the pickings, but then again it would help out his cause for world level exposure.

i think that there ought to be better fights that can be made for witter, fighting castillo is something that is an option, but right now castillo is just fighting because he has a lot of people he has to pay off and is looking to make any kind of cash off his name right now, and although i'd like to see castillo get out of that pit of debt, i really don't want to see him fight a live guy like witter, he's begging for a serious ass whoopin and the possibility of getting permanent injury.

witter is stuck in a hard place, because he's really trying to make a run at getting world wide recognition and he's trying to get bigger name fights, but the big names are either old and not as competitive or they don't want to take the risk of fighting him.

the only thing that i would suggest is go after all the guys in his same position, but that might not be all that good for him but it would be good for us. witter could make good on some fights that are out there, he could go after Rees, urango, lazcano, torres, d.hopkins, malignaggi, and i know castillo is still up there but i think that fight is a total mismatch, castillo is being forced to fight longer than he should and is at serious risk of getting hurt, i don't think that it would be competitive either.
but there are some names i would like to see witter get into the ring with.......................

castillo is just a name and damaged goods, sorry to say, but it's true, and fighting him would be good name wise, but it would look like he likes to fight over the hill fighters or is avoiding the younger competition, which i don't think the case is in fighting the younger guys............

I belive the best of Castillo is done or partially. I'd like to see him get one more shot at the title not like he took a beating agianst Hatton it was from a body shot. Im still not convince about witter i havn't seen him fight but the judah fight still over shadows him heavily ime. And if he wants to fight the best he has to come to the states. Somthing few brave fighters like Hatton and Hamed are willing to do.
