I'm gonna go with Delahoya's left hook to be the heavier of the 2. He has the snap to drop guys with one shot. Then again so does Roy.

How much power did they really have if a guy could stand there and take 7?

No bull****, he hit Brannon with 7 left hooks w/power at that. Just think if Jones would have just sat on one the way DelaHoya does. It would be NO discussion then. Anyway Jones hands down. The man knocked out Griffin w/ a leaping left hook(hookercut) whatever you want to call it. Again. Jones hands down.

I have to say DLH's is better just becuase he launches it from so many different angles and its sneeky and deceptive. Roys is just blazing fast and powerfull..its like you might see it coming but there is nothing you can do about it..lol..

Roy could throw his left hook from more angles than Oscar can. I saw RJ throw a KO left hook with both his hands behind his back & the other guy had his hands up. But Floyd, Cotto, & Tito also have beautiful left hooks.

True..Its hard to decide who has the best left hook..Floyds is nice and compact and quick, Cotto's is kinda like DLH's..its a sneaky left hook. Titos is just a nasty destructive left hook..and Roys is blazingly fast and powerfull..so many great left hookers its hard to decide..lol
