in terms of speed, power, quickness, timing, precision, aim, any and every advantage you can think of goes to roy jones. Oscar had a single powerful left hook. Rj sometimes through the left hook 7 to 8 time in a row.

Oscar De La Hoya. Because he hit top fighters with it. He could have left hooked bums all day too.

I went with Jones. I like DLH's left hook but Jones' was better IMO.

Gotta be Jones when he does the chicken move before unleashing it. I think he ended the Clinton Woods fight that way

De La Hoya has the best left hook in the game.

            Might be because he's left-handed.

Oscar's is great and as powerful pound-for-pound, but it's a loaded up hook he throws only in the pocket off a right hand. Roy led with it, threw it from more angles, didn't need to set it up. You never saw Roy pocket the hook for an entire fight, but you did see Oscar do it.

I love ODH's left hook the way he shoots it from the hip..so I picked him.

Floyds "leaping left" is another thing of beauty.

I have to admit, the one he hit Diego Corrales with was perfect.

Roy Jones hit Bryan Brannon with 7, count them, 7 left hooks in a row and they all had power behind them.
