Thats only if the prize is money, Cotto's bigger then that. He wants anyone and the best. Oscar's a worthy name, but why risk it? He's litterally lined up to fight the supposed P4P best, you'd really sugest to risk losing that oppertunity just to fight Oscar right now? I can understand fightin Oscar AFTER a Mayweather bout, but before?......If he loses, he'll probably never get a chance at Floyd. A prime Floyd vs a prime Miguel is somthin epic. Oscar vs Miguel is just a risk and a chance at large paycheck, somthin that should come second to whats epic.

Williams isnt even on the radar for a Oscar fight. And he shouldnt be. The problem is Mayweather not taking the Cotto fight.

It was also the first time Cotto got stung on national TV, straight punches from hard hitters with reach (Cotto has faced few) have given him problems. Oscar will definantly capitalize on his straight right if they fight.

You kiddin? Williams should be on Cotto's mind, Mayweather's, and Oscar's. But you're right he isn't, he should be though. He is after all one of the top name welterweights.

I didnt see him wobble in that fight. He got hit with some good shots, walked through all of them. He adjusted well in the Pinto fight. Broke him down different ways, by both counter punching and attacking.

lol Yeah, all the Puerto Ricans called me crazy when I said that back then. But watch the fight again, Cotto doesn't wobble significantly, but he definantly gets buzzed. After that I knew his chin would probably end up suspect. I think Pinto saw it too, wich maybe why he tried to trade with him so much, he probably saw the same thing he saw when he fought Cotto in the amateurs.
