Cotto proved in the mosley fight that he can never beat Floyd
Let's count Floyd's excuses for dodging Cotto

I'm curious as to what makes you say that?
I think Cotto out boxed Mosely in that fight and the reason Mosely lost is because he traded too much with Cotto and didn't use his quickness and boxing ability. So that fight doesn't really show me anything about how Cotto would do against a guy like Floyd..Comment

Mosley fought the wrong fight and still almost won. Cotto boxed late. Not the entire fight. Floyd is much more difficult to hit than Mosley. Shane didn't even try to evade some of the shots he took. Floyd is not taking any unnecessary blows. Cotto would have a hard time hitting Floyd clean. Cotto is also not fast on his feet like Hatton was. Floyd could beat him going backwards for the most part.Comment

Those of you who say that Cotto doesnt deserve to fight Mayweather, please name a boxer at 154/147/140 on the face of the earth that has accomplished more than Cotto?
What did hatton do at 147 to earn a fight with Mayweather? Oh that's right, he had a contraversial win against Collazo.
Fact; Mayweather only fights fighters that he KNOWS he can beat. He is not confident that he can beat Cotto, therfore he wont fight him.
So who is Mayweather supposed to fight?Comment

3. Cotto is a punching bag.
4. My body is breaking down.
5. I'm bored with boxing, I'm gonna take a hiatus for one or two years.

six that's six different excuses to flee a fight with Cotto. Throw enough horsesh** on the wall and some of it will eventually stick.Comment
