i think he is a good fighter but only as good as someone like Soto a tough kid who fights in the Mexican way head down & throwing lots of shots to head & body

he aint exceptional by any stretch of the imagination ,why he was tagged most feared man in Boxing ill never no & by who

Bob Arum created that image for him to try to make Mayweather fight him and reape the huge benefits. How people actually believe he was feared is beyond me.

The guy has like 6 losses with only 30 something wins why would anyone be afraid of magarito? his only performance that impressed me was what he did to cintron but that was more cintron then magarito.

One of them was in the junior middleweight division by a split decision in a shortened fight he was rallying in. The last loss to Williams is legit, but he didn't embarrass himself. The reason he is feared is because he has had trouble getting top welters to fight him. I think that will change this year and he'll either step up or he won't. But you can count on him being a tough fight for anyone at 147 lbs.

It's human nature to want to trade up, whether it's a girlfriend or a boxing opponent. Floyd brings the money and the prestige, and you'd better believe he'd forget about Mayweather in a second if he could get a DLH fight. Cotto will fight Margarito only if he can't get Floyd or Oscar instead. We look at this as a sport, but the fighters themselves are looking to make as much money as possible since they still have many years to fill when their careers are over.
