Paulie quite easily, unless he would try to slug it out which he tends to do at times, but Paulie has skills that Gatti could only dream about.

I consider prime Gatti to be a SFW because he was very big and strong compared to most of the other guys and beat some good competition because of that. He would be trouble to anyone at that weight because of his size.

At 140 Gatti would probably get outboxed by Malignaggi but we all know 'The Magic Man' can be lured to a brawl and that's what Gatti is good at.

If I was Gatti I would insult Malignaggi's punching power and make him test it on my face like Mayorga against Forrest. That's the best chance Gatti has got, throw hands and see who goes down.

I probably shouldn't have made the option of Malignaggi by KO/TKO because that is pretty much impossible. To quote Larry Merchant "Paulie floats like a butterfly and stings like a butterfly".

Paulie would definitely outbox him and Gatti would be easy to hit. Gatti could win if they were to slug it out.

You guys are crazy, offensively in his prime Gatti was way better than Paulie. Nobody remember the DLH fight? He got beat down but showed good offensive tools, Paulie would probably run the whole night.

Yea offensively Gatti is superior, but defensively...

Paulie is smart, and like you say, I see Paulie would just run the whole fight in a safe decision.
