Here's a guy who's biggest acomplishment is gettin woop by Cotto, had a draw in my book against Ngoudjo and yet ppl see him as one of the best pure boxers today, is he overrated?

He can't hit for **** and defensively gets hit more than a "pure boxer" should. When you consider this sport is about hitting and this kid can't hit, I'd say it's pretty impressive that he's got the ibf belt at 140.
Contrast him with someone like cintron, who has a ton of power, but not much else. Where would cintron be if he hit like Paulie?
Considering his natual lack of power and all his hand surgeries, I'd say he deserves every/any accolade he gets. Witter and/or Hatton will be the ultimate test of how Paulie should be rated. Hopefully his next fight will be against either of those two guys.

Was that a joke? The media hardly ever mentions him, was the Super champ at 105 but no one would unify against him then moved up and beat the best fighter on the weight class.
