Who cares if you just land ur jab. The purpose of the jab is to set up other punches and keep ur man at a distance.

If u have to throw it 4 or 5 times for it to land, Hatton will be inside by that time. If miss with it just 1 or 2 times Hatton would be inside.

Nobody said he was a great boxer, he's not a boxer at all. HIs game is on the inside, where he would outclass Malignaggi IMO

he hits and holds. In fairness he would even not need to bother against Malignaggi, Hatton barely used to hold. Ever since he has been in the big leagues its gone up ten fold......Malignaggi is not the big leagues. He is a good fighter however with minimal power and a leaky defence. Ricky will be comfortable,

Hatton won't destroy Malignaggi if Paulie ties him up inside like Floyd did. If Paulie stays in the center of the ring for the most part he'll give Hatton a lesson. If he chooses to lay on the ropes and counter he's asking for trouble. Floyd was able to lay on the ropes and make Hatton wear himself out and catch him, I don't think Paulie would do that.

what he does is no illegal, and it wins him fights.

What he do on the inside? he whacks away to the body and knocks guys out usually...

Now what does Malignaggi do on the inside? He clinches and clinches ONLY, no actually work being done when he clinches...

It would be a boring and ugly, but clear cut and wide decision win for Hatton.

Malignaggis also not a great counterpuncher, and doesnt hit hard either.

He has excellent boxing skills, but until he develops some hurt or some in-skills, he wont beat a Hatton ever
                    I agree with this.

I think at 140 Hatton is on another level than his counterparts. If he decided to move back down (which he should, 147 is not his weight) he should be considered the top guy. I mean he's better than everyone else, lol.
