yeah it's a nice sentiment. I suppose it all depends on what you think is tough. I'll stay away from the kid who never says a word to anyone and stares at the floor.

I get that all the time. Hell i started wearing glasses to now to fight weigh ins just to look the nerd part even more, it works it throws people off a lot because they think they are gonna kill you before the fight and have nothing to worry about lol.

Those were two fighters who could turn out your lights with one punch. They both got terrific leverage on their punches. Alexis Arguello would be another one on a smaller scale

You're absolutely right. I totally forgot about "El Flaco Explosivo" (The Explosive Thinman). And while I'm at it, I also forgot to mention the legendary Panama Al Brown, the first world champion from Latin America.

This is exactly what I tell the young guys that don't believe the old time fighters could compete if they were around today. I mean lets be honest, you guys would swear up and down if Kelly Pavlik were a fighter back in the 1920's that he would get killed if he were around today to face the bigger faster middleweights like Edison Miranda and Jermaine Taylor. Its the same thing they say about guys like Greb, Dempsey, Marciano, and even Langford.

Anyways, I can relate to what was said here, back in my day I was a 6'2 welterweight pretty much like Paul Williams, many people thought I was weak, but I carried a hell of a straight left(I fought southpaw even though I am a natural right hander much like Michael Moorer).
