It is the same with people most tough looking people are tough. Just as books with good covers are good.
You must not read too often man. This is the worst analogy I've heard in a long time. In fact, ****ty books often make their covers look just as good or better than good books. Publishers are not so ****** as to make a bad book look bad. Laughing...And on the other side...There are more great books out there with boring covers (or no cover at all) than could be counted.

But staying on topic. I got my ass handed to me in front of the Bellagio fountains this past summer, when some kid who couldn't of been more than 24 and was maybe 5'8" 160 (I'm 6' 190) out boxed me pretty good. Didn't knock me out or anything, but after a minute or so I gave him the fight. Though his boy was swarming me something fierce. Thought for sure he was going to jump on me too, so difficult to fight and keep an eye on his buddy swarming me at the same time.
