I'm not a fan of J.Diaz but what WBO is planning to do is unreasonable.
I think the best move here is to let J.Diaz & Katsidis sign a contract indicating that should they win in there upcoming fights that they should fight each other next!

Actually think the WBO has been more than reasonable to Diaz.

It was part of the condition that the winner of the Freitas fight must fight Katsidas in their next fight & within a certain time frame.

They then allowed the unification fight with Julio to go off, but is was under the condition that Diaz must fight Katsidas in his next fight.

Same from Katsidas - agreed to step aside to allow Diaz to fight Julio, but it was under the condition that he must fight Katsidas next.


If he doesn't then there is no real question that he should be stripped - doesn't matter that it is King's fault, you either live up to the agreement or give away the belt.

what a joke though, you think Katsidis would want to win his title in the ring like a real man.

really hope that the Juan Diaz vs Katsidis fight does happen in later 2008 so Juan can take back the WBO title from Katsidis.
