The video I posted was from 2000,2002 and 2003.

When they were both managed by Frank Warren and Hatton had the WBU light welterweight title. Hatton actually turned down offers from Mayweather before but when he heard that retirement thing from Mayweather in the oscar fight he knew he had no choice but to face him, it would have been his only chance to cash in.

Witter has been CALLING OUT Hatton since 2000, I live in UK and most of us brits know this will be a very big fight here, I can understand why hatton fanboys are defending this for their love for hatton would'nt blame them since hatton is a very nice guy, but before even hatton fought those guys witter was calling him out and knocking out genuine contenders, giving performance after performance while hatton was saying "your not bringing much to the table".

His biggest challenge at 140. Hatton pulled the same tactics as Witter is doing to get a big fight. Imagine if Mayweather blew Hatton off for 7-8 years saying he wouldn't give him a payday? It's total bull**** & this match would be between the Champ & No. 1 challenger at Jr. Welter. Also this would be a HUGE fight overseas & seen as a grudge match. Let's hold Hatton to the same standard as all hold Mayweather to.

Paulie was most quiet about Witter when his name was brought up. That says something.

Paulie said that Witter is the most underrated boxing right now. Which means it tough to say what his ability to do.

For people who say he got gifted in some of the bout that is normal but he performance is usally consistant
