Ricky Hatton is Ducking Junior Witter

Was the money there in fighting Ben Tackie, Carlos Maussa, Juan Urango, Luis Collazo, Phillips, Oliveria, etc...Witter has been calling Hatton since 8 years and now he actually has the WBC Belt, is the #1 Contender at 140, Beaten N'dou, Corley and Harris.

Hatton is the champion and Witter is his #1 Contender, Both are British and it would be a very big fight, there is no reason for it not to happen. Witter even went as far as to say if you think its all about the money lets sign the contracts on Winner takes all.

Bah, i don't know why i'm arguing - i'd like to see Witter vs. Hatton.

All i'm saying is - its ridiculous to think that Hatton is scared of any man, after taking on the best fighter on the planet...or even, IMO his generation.

Quite honestly speaking I dont think Hatton is scared of Witter, he just does'nt want to risk a loss to him, Risking a loss to the #1 P4P in the World is fine but risking it to Witter is not, If witter beats Hatton in england at 140 defending his WBC title it does wonders for him, and I dont think Hatton wants that.

Pah, Harris looked pathetic and it wasn't JUST due to the beat down that Witter gave him.

Hattons biggest victory for me, will always be Tsyzu and Castillo. Two fights which noone expected to go Hattons way, but he pulled to KO's.

Truth is with any fighter, they can't pull out a time machine and fight anyone in there prime. You could say that about anyone. Its now or never.

Just because a champ loses....doesn't mean his past prime necessarily.
