I assumed you were talking about just this day when he got drunk, now it seems like you mean the whole time between fights. Well this is sorta correct. But think of it like this, him doing what he's doing has allowed him to become a world champion and to face former champs and elites and have a 44-1 record. Next to ppl that probably havnt smoked or drank in their lives. So I would say he's doing fairly well. Dont ya think.

" omg its gonna catch up with ricky blah blah blah hes ruining hsi career blah blah" hes not ruining anything... hes living his life and at this point he has every right to do so. When the time comes again to fight, he will get back into training and you wont be hearing about all this, dude is a champion no matter what.

your completely missing my point, listen, if you have a natural talent then you should-like most gifted sportspersons-protect your talent, look after it, your only at the top for a few years if that, the mans just been knocked out, whos to say his lifestyle didnt play a factor? if he lived like the man who ko'd him he might, just very maybe have heard that final bell

Yeah...I dont have respect for this anymore.

I used to think it was funny...and it is true you do need that mental break. All fighter's do.

But he is becoming like Vargas. Vargas did the same thing and he was shot by the time he was in his mid 20's. Vargas is notorious for being a fat bastard in between fights and just look at him.

                    He's a professional athlete.

Mayweather showed the difference between having a great team of former boxing champs and great thinkers vs. a old vet who has only had one great fighter in his stable in his entire career.

Yeah Hatton shouldn't be doing this, he should look after himself like a real elite fighter, like Roberto Duran or Sugar Ray Leonard or Mike Tyson. He shouldn't be putting bad substances in his body, he should all natural like James Toney or Roy Jones Junior. Ricky simply shouldn't be engaging in this sort of negative behaviour, he should be thinking about his position as a role model like Jake LaMotta, Ray Robinson or **** me I'm mentioning Iron Mike again...

Incidentally Ricky has the signs of developing alcoholism and I think it may really hit him after he retires. I hope I'm wrong but it's certainly possible.
