Good for Rickey. Crazy how is a multi-millionare and didn't have to pay for ****! Must be nice. Ya'll need to let him be though, we know he likes to drink & He just got KO'd after training for the biggest fight of his life.
Hatton downs 57 pints in 4 days!

Dude, boxers dont always box 24/7. They are human and they need their human time to have fun too. Calm down.i really think its a piss take to all hard working, clean living athletes, at rickys level fighters can rarely afford one drink let alone getting this pissed up, it seems he is more interested in being remembered as one of the lads as opposed to a great boxer. i mean at this level, in ANY level shouldnt you be doing everything in your power to optimise your abilities?Comment

Would you stop doing something you love if you're not training at the time? Not doing what he loves could damage him even more.Comment

When you have had a career that spans being a world champion in two weight classes, being undefeated in 43 fights and the only man on the planet who was able to beat you was the best fighter alive today, maybe then your criticisms will mean something more than a ****ty post on a website. Until that day, your opinions are nothing, kindly keep them to yourself and let the man enjoy himself.Comment

understood but they are athletes and ricky is now competing with the very best in the world, i cant think of any other athlete that would abuse their bodies in between competition, it has to take its toll. i remember george foreman doing a comentary during a floyd mayweather fight a few years back, he said at this level you cant afford one drink, now i know big george can talk **** sometimes but he's right, in between every fight ricky treats his body like a dustbin and it might just affect longevity, im not a great fan of witter but he's what,34? and hes sharp as hes ever been and he leads a very clean life, and of course the prime example is bernard hopkins. alot of people have gone on about givin the guy a break, he's on holiday, but this is now routine for hatton between fights. boxing is a short career and even shorter if you dont look after yourself, theres plenty of time to get pissed when your done.Comment
