funny man lol he hits way harder punch for punch than kessler. he's not very accurate and alot slower than kessler but if he hit you with a overhand right flush, it would hurt alot more than kessler hitting you with a straight right hand. Lacy hits peoples gloves and it knocks them over.
I agree with you when you say he's to muscle bound, becuase he's way to muscle bound to fight effectivly. in the early fights in his career he was real quick and threw good combo's but as he lifted more weights he got alot bigger and therefore alot slower and cumbersome.

As you know with speed comes power. Kessler is a much bigger puncher than Lacy. Ask Joe Calzaghe that.

agree, would be a good fight, could market it as the ashes, like the cricket. Would make sense. Frochs ranked by all the major belts.

Mundine is one of the SMW division. Lacy doesn't have much of a shot at beating him.

3. Mundine (very skillfull)
4. Bute ( good power puncher)

do yours look the same way. People have a habit of ranking Bute at 3. But i don't feel he has warranted it just yet.

I don't think it's fair to say that because Lacy never landed a damn punch in that fight. And I doubt he will land at Mundine either.

Yeh. Hes got to give up a bit of power for some more speed. He is way to muscly. And it was obvious during the Calzaghe fight. I can't believe there still letting him fight like that.

I would probably favour a UD mate. But Mundine times his punches really well. So i wouldn't be suprised if he stopped him. But who knows, all hyperthetical.

Apparently both camps are interested in the fight. However golden boy promotions contract with Lacy for 18 months. Could stall things a bit. But the fight actually looks more than a romour for the future. A few of my other boxing buddies have said the WBA would easily make Lacy the number 1 or 2 contender for Mundines belt.

Calzaghe didnt eat any clean punchs from Lacy.

and when he did abit he got stunt. The time he was showboating and let Lacy punch him.
