Kessler is the best he's fought and Kessler is barely an above average boxer. I'm not saying that Calzaghe is bad, but one of the best p4p? I don't think he belongs in the top 10 even. If he gets into the ring with Hopkins, Pavlik, Taylor, or Wright and beats either one of them, than he belongs, otherwise, he is way too overrated.

RJJ was great, but he needs to know when to retire. He has been knocked out a lot. Has damaged his legacy.

Calzaghe at least will know when to call it a day.
Nah he never came back to win in that same round, that's his fight against Kabary Salem, not Byron Mitchell.

If Roy retired after his first fight with Tarver that would of made his career look so much better. Now we all know he has a glass chin

I guess this guy has nothing else to do except post pictures of fights Calzaghe has won in. Really intelligent discussion by robjr as always.

Difference between Roy and Joe is that Joe got up, didn't just lie down pretending to be knocked out because he couldnt take any more. ******.

im not gonna bash joe cal
all i gotta say is roy suffered his first defeat when he was what 35 years old?! and obviously out of his prime..there's nothing u can really say bad about jones he was a beast in his prime.. joe is a great fighter in his own right his only problem was he didnt always have good competition to fight against and he really didnt go out of his way until recently, to fight great comp..thats not a knock on joe or anything, he felt like the good comp had to come to him i guess..if both prime fighters fought against eachother i would take roy over joe... but joe and roy are both great fighters no one can take away from what they have both accomplished over their respective careers..

Calzaghe is 36, Roy got knocked out when he was 35.

He was past his best, there's no question about that but this guy is asking for it when he is trying to disrespect Calzaghe by posting pictures of fights Joe has won in... Which is pretty damn ******.
