Like most of you I agree that he may have a chance against David Diaz by the end of the year, but David may not have the title by that time, and it may be Pac who has that title. So I don't think Khan could beat Juan Diaz, Pac, or even Katsidis, by the end of the year. I would be suprised if Warren put him up against those guys, so I agree with all of you that say he will go some obscure belt before challenging for one of the major ones.

If Khan won the WBO world title I can almost gurantee he would fight bums for most of his career. He had 8 million people watch him fight, he could do this for his entire career and still make loads of money.

That's definitely a Frank Warren strategy. Kind of like what he did with Joey Cal. Let's hope that doesn't happen then Khan will always be questioned on how good he is and then when he finally goes for the big fights we will either find out he's a great champ like Joe C. or basically somebody Warren was using to make big money.
