i was waiting for this thread to start. Of course it's Casamayor, the man lost his last fight. No fans or media gave Joel any credit for the win, he has lost all credibility. He isn't the best fighter in the division, but he is still the champ. But Santa Cruz is the people's champ.

Haye would come before Ricky Hatton.

how come? he beat the lineal champ in Mormeck convincingly. If he wasn't so weight drained he could stay at cruiser and clear it out easily. If he beat Macca then he has easily earned the "ring champ" belt at crusier, I think his win over Mormeck was good enough to be ring champ.

How do we know that Mayweather is better than Williams or Cotto? It's a ****** question really. Most people think so, based on what we've seen but we can't know for sure. And if you really want to shut the discussion down like that just because it implies Hatton is any good then perhaps you should refrain from commenting on any future fights.
