Hatton beat Tsyzu and a shot Castillo. haye has beaten Mormeck. Truthfully not much difference in elite competition. I was basing it on skill, and Haye has more natural skill than Hatton. I hope Haye adds some spark to the heavies, but I don't think he gets past Solis let alone Chambers or especially Povetkin.

I cant mae up my mind between Casa and Hop. For two different reasons, though.

Casa lost his last fight and is defending against nobodies or not defending at all.

Hop should have never had the belt in the first place, after the whole Hill/Jones/Nunn/Rocchigiani/Michawezlski WBC bull****.

Casamayor is easily the worst by a country mile. He got a huge gift in his last fight and I think the Ring know it too. Hopkins has had dubious opposition both in winning the title and defending it. Haye has question marks over his chin.

Hatton keeps cropping up time and again in this conversation which is unfair. Although he struggled at Welterweight both times he stepped up and lost his last fight he has still never been less than dominant at 140 lbs where he holds his title and I feel that there are few questioning that he is the best at the weight. I would put Israel Vaszquez as one of the best of the list of champions but his position as title holder is vulnerable, something which Ricky's does not seem to be.

All those titleholders are outstanding though let's not forget. They represent part of the elite of the sport. Apart from Casamayor.

He's beaten better fighters than they have. Neither has even fought anyone close to Tsyzu's level or even a washed up Castillo.
