Mosley deserves to be in the HOF from his Lightweight record alone. 32-0 (30 KOs), 9 defenses for his title and then moving up in weight and beating DLH. I think the steroids actually made him into a worse fighter.

After running up a nice win streak that included a decisive decision victory over the very respected Jose Luis Ramirez, Ray received a title shot against the legendary Alexis Arguello.. Ray started fast but the great Arguello bided his time and came back to score a late round KO. Even in defeat you could see that Ray had the "goods". In May of 1982 he stopped Arturo Frias in a savage one round shoot out to capture the W.B.A. version of the lightweight title."

At lightweight, eight title defenses, all by KO. Including impressive wins over JJ Leija and John Molina. His win over DLH was super impressive, and he was in almost everyone's top 3 P4P at the time. With guys like Willard, Ingo, and Jose Torres in the HOF, Mosley should be a cinch. Even without the East coast bias.
