I see what you're saying, and the fighters you mentioned will definitely get in. It's just funny to see guys like Schmelling in there, who's only real claim to fame was beating a young Joe Louis, and not someone who was fighter of the decade in the 90s.Comment

Yep, that's it...
The problem with boxers (or any athlete) using performance enhancing drugs is you can never again trust what they accomplished. The question becomes when did they start cheating?
I think a message needs to be sent to boxers (and the youth who want to be involved in this great sport) that cheating is a punks way to win, and a champion gets where he or she is by skill, hard work and dedication. To do this we need stiffer drug penalties in the sport and to keep these boxers out of the HOF if their transgressions are proven.Comment

****ing steroids. Now even The Rocket is looking really bad. As long as there is no solid proof, they will all get in the HOF. But if there is proof, denied the chance to all of them. These Steroids Monguers are not even funny. Now it seems that ******** like Pete Rose did will be an issue again.
QUESTIONs: Any important boxer to be known to play the odds in his fights??? Any of them a HOFr???

Not just that.
Shane Mosley has one good, close win over Oscar, and one controversial win over Oscar. What else would even be worthy of HoF mentions?
He had a brief stint atop the p4p rankings. But so did Donald Curry....is he in the HoF?
Shane is not an HoF fighter. I can name ten guys IN HIS OWN ERA who are more deserving.Comment
