now after saying that, I think we all see what is going on here.
Dude, I had discussed the bull**** injury to death already. I am burying the issue as it is right now. Watch the fight again. Emmanuel Stewart does tells him to keep his cool and work on feliciano stamina after Kermit told him his hand hurted like a *****.

I think Clottey is being overlooked in all this. Clottey/Williams? Who knows?

I'm having a hard time concentrating after seeing your new picture there.

"He's looking for a lifeline. He still had an opportunity to fight me on February 9," Williams said. "He said he wants to unify the titles, Margarito has no title. He don't want to unify the titles. He had the hand flu and his hand flu is just about over. What's his next excuse?"

We were willing to give him the time to heal until March 29 and gave him that opportunity and they said he wouldn't be ready," Goossen said.

Yeah Cintron wanted to push the dates...

        LOL, where is mrrrupo?
Here's what happened: Team williams said "no" to postponing a fight with cintron, tried to find another fight, the only fight they found was Quintana, they didnt really want it, so they went back to cintron with March 29th, at which point team cintron said "**** off" since they had not been willing to wait until they saw if they had better options. Transcript below.

me:Interesting that Dan Goosen said something completely different in a phone interview with Ernest Gabion when cintron first go injured. he said that they were not willing to wait for cintron's hand to heal, and were moving forward with a february date.

Gabriel Montoya: This is true and I called him on it today. What he informed of was that HBO, after Quintana accepted the fight with Williams, was not interested in the bout as much as one with Cintron. So Dan went back to Main Events and offered to do the bout on March 29th. Main Events turned the bout down. They have been unavailable for a rebuttal to Dan's comments.

Thank you for taking care of all of this nonsense!! Originally PW said he WAS NOT going to wait for Cintron! People seem to forget that and these promoters and managers just talk out their A$$ anyway. I do feel Cintron will be forced to do a Clottey fight next for his mandatory because I don't think Oscar will be able to get Hatton at 147 and then if he does chose Cotto he will be unavailable and my guess would be Margarito fighting another tuneup to build up the rematch. If he does fight Clottey and beat him will people finally give Cintron some respect in this division?

If Kermit beats Clottey and Margarita, he should be arguably a top 3 in the WWs. We all know PW is better right now, but his record got few impressive victories and Quintana is not as good as Clottey and Maragarita.

Yeah, Cintron ducked him. It was like he was on cue to cry. It came out of nowhere, and he was screaming in agony.

Fair enough. I do rate PW as my #4 Welter and Kermit #6 so I agree based on past performances.

this is interesting, and not totally how i feel though... people on the philadelphia boxing scene, fighters, trainers, fans, etc. dont even think Paul Williams is anything special...maybe top 10. im not saying i feel that way. i think he is within the top 7. and not that i think he is number 7, it's just really hard to start ranking the top guys after floyd and cotto, just because everyone has such a different style, and number 5 might beat number 4, but lose to number 7. just thought it was interesting to hear the thoughts of people in the philadelphia fight game's analysis on paul williams.

#3 Mosely(Close enough loss to Cotto)
                      #4 P Williams(4 beating margarito)
#5 A Margarito(4 beating cintron and close loss to PW)
                      #6 K Cintron
                      #7 J Clottey
                      #8 Z Judah
