how long till he makes up his mind to who he'll fight in May?

because once that's known (DLH's opponent) all the rest of the Welterweight fights (Cintron, Cotto etc) can take place.
Arum was interviewed on the main page. He said there is no truth to Cotto-Clottey. He said Clottey and his manager want to push for his mandatory shot at Cintron.

After Kermit had a tough battle against Feliciano and he realized Paul would handle him. Feliciano brings the pressure and so does Williams, but he's more athletic and just a hell of a lot better boxer. Kermit knows it's best for him to go in another direction.

It became a part of my sig... I am a fan, but not going to deny his bull****. The truth is that Kermit has zero experience agaisnt a southpaw boxer. (not 100% sure of this fact, but I am sure is close... maybe once) Kermit WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH PAUL WILLIAMS, but so will Cotto and PBF. Paul Williams passed one of the toughest match-up in the WW. He earned respect and if you don't have to fight him, well don't!!! Kermit needs to learn from Cotto and shut the **** up.

I wonder who Paul will fight after the Quintana bout. His stock will rise but noone seems to keen on facing him.

Gotta agree,i lost alot of respect for Cintron after his last fight, not because hes fighting Margarito, just the fact he played Williams,IMO he is ducking Williams, and its very obvious he dont want no part of him

                  Margarito said NO?

Several months ago, WBO welterweight champion Paul Williams (33-0, 24 KOs) and IBF champion Kermit Cintron were trading words in the media. After a few weeks of verbal back-and-forth, the promoters of the two fighters, Goossen Tutor and Main Events, came together to make the fight happen. Shortly thereafter, a deal was stuck and the fight was agreed upon for a main event slot on a February 2 tripleheader. HBO was scheduled to televise. [details]
After all the talking Margarito did about how he would knock williams out if they fought again and then he turns down the offer? WOW!!!

Since Kermit fought Estrada and Suarez, he is always asked about the posibility of fighting Margarito again. He always said; "I need a couple of more fights before facing Margarito." He was dead right both times. He was not ready back then. After he killed Mathesse, he called out mosley since Margarito was expected to beat Paul Williams and Sugar Shane did say many times he wanted to fight a WW Champ. Obviously, Mosley had better plans waiting for a denied chance vs. PBF and he fought Cotto.

The whole ****house went off the roof after his BS fight with Feliciano. Kermit Cintron was injured and asked for more time to fight PW. BUT PW teams said "no" for the obvious reason. They rather fight an "injured" Cintron. It is hard for me to believe that none of you in this forum can't see that. If you people insist to ignore the fact that PW team tried to persuade Cintron to fight before his hand was fully healed, you are just a bunch of morons. Fight was schedlued for the 2nd of February, or the 9th. Kermit wanted to fight on LATE APRIL! I am not a nuthugger. Like I had stated before, I hate Kermit speaking his ass off. He should just shut the **** up. Fight Clottey, if he wins, then fight Margarito and if he wins again then fight PW.

My only real worry is that Kermit's hands and wrists are not going to hold for much longer. He has various surgeries already on his short boxing career. Maybe Kermit was told he has 2-3 fights left after this recent injury. And before he is done due to constant injuries, KERMIT WANTS TO AVENGE HIS ONLY LOSS. IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEN KERMIT IS DOING THE RIGHT THING BY FIGHTING MARGARITO ASAP.

Then again, I agree with Kermit been su****ious of guilt by not calling PW in the same statements when he called out Cotto couple of days ago. I believe he should do a tune up fight late March and then fight Clottey in Summer. If he wins them both, a fight vs. Margarito to close the year.

Side Note and question; HOW MANY LOSES DOES IT TAKES FOR A BOXER TO STOP CALLING HIMSELF "THE MOST FEARED MAN IN BOXING?
thats if cintron got hurt at all. I saw the fight on espn classic. I tried to look a bunch of times and cintron never once favored his hand or held back when he punched. I know adrenaline is a *****, w/e. if you **** up your hand, you are oing to hold back a bit.

now after saying that, I think we all see what is going on here.

yes! Now, nobody can say paul is ducking cintron. nobody can say skinny pun is ducking margarito because "Paul is afraid to feel the pain." There you go. Simple as that. That was even a press release. That is a news bit. A reporter reporting what the williams' camp voiced. Unbiased.

So boxing fans out there, tell your favorite fighters to lock their doors and install shutters on their windows because its WAR PUNISHER!!!!!! We Ready! We Ready! We Ready! We Ready! We Ready! We Ready! We Ready!
