I wouldn't mind seeing him fight again. He's still competitive, came second closest to beating the P4P best last time out. Draws big crowds and PPV buys, I don't see why not.

I think Oscar would need a decent win first before Cotto could get that kind of magic rubbing the Golden Budah Belly.

tito had big fan base already. the others already had status just not as much attention.

oscar has been rich since 00 but he still in there and while he still fighting why not watch. when he starts going in there just to survibe (like MAB againts pac) then he should retire.
Yes they were stars but not "SuperStars"

How many PPV fight did Tito have before Delahoya?

              Mosley?

Hopkins had only fought Tito on PPV

Mayweather has become huge after beating Oscar.

tito was a superstar before the fight. he got bigger yes but he was already big, thats why the fight was so big, 2 superstars fighting each other.
Mayweather was on his way to becomeing a big superstar beating oscar just have him a big push, the fight it self didnt do it, the promotion of the fights are what made floyd.

Tito wasnt a Superstar......He had never headlined a PPV.

He was known to boxing fans, but wasnt a known to the mainstream till after the Oscar fight.

                  Same with Mayweather.

I mean he's shown that he can still fight, but I dont like the idea of him losing every fight and still fighting the top guys.

To me he's got the same appeal as Holyfield and all the trappings that came with his name being so popular for so long. Even if he fights in a stinker he's so consistently exciting in how he fights as much as who he fights. As mentioned earlier he's got a gift for making the most of a fight promotion.

Would be nice to see him go out on top with a victory over a meaningful opponent but even seeing him go out victorious vs a no-hoper Mayorga type would be fun to watch. I'd still like to see him vs. Cotto and would even pick him to win =\.
