Does anyone really want to see Oscar fight anymore?

He is still good but his legacy is intact. You know he really won't lay it all on the line now, he's too rich. He was a warrior but he won't fight to the limits anymore. He ain't gonna go through a war with Cotto, why the hell would he go through that when he is so rich?

He should just go out now. He has nothing to prove. Let the next generation of warriors have their time. It's almost like HBO or someone is forcing him to fight these fights, so they can cash in. Yeah Oscar cashes in, but I think he would rather just promote and not fight. He just looks too old to fight now against these young beasts.

I have no interest to see Oscar fight anymore. Nor see him get hurt or KOed. He's a great fighter and should just promote which he is doing well.

If the hunger is there within him, why not fight.
Maybe having another mega fight will motivate him to fight again.I'm sure a lot of fighters might feel the same.
It's not really about the money, well it is, but when you combine it with a mega fight, and the whole atmosphere surrounding it, it could push him , and provide real motivation.

People who beat Delahoya automatically become Superstars.

        Trinidad
        Floyd
        Mosley
        Hopkins

Maybe Cotto can beat Oscar and become a Mayor Player.

On the face of it no-one really cares anymore. BUT DLH knows how to promote and put on a show so come fight night people will find themselves reeled in.

True Zues, the Mayorga fight was a perfect example. It was basically a meaningless fight but Mayorga's colorful personality clash with Oscar made it mandatory viewing.

Love that Mayorga dude. He acts like a classless ass but when the fight is over he's cool as hell and shows great sportsmanship.

Love Mayorga man, nobody would have beat him the night he overwhelmed a prime Forrest. He just blitzed him with sheer will intensity and desire. After that night he was never the same. Big ups to RICARDO EL MATADOR MAYORGA

those guys were already top guys.
tito had big fan base already. the others already had status just not as much attention.

oscar has been rich since 00 but he still in there and while he still fighting why not watch. when he starts going in there just to survibe (like MAB againts pac) then he should retire.

Yes. He's still very good. He was one point on one card away from drawing the supposedly unbeatable Mayweather.

Oscar has never lossed to someone who was not p4p #1 either before or after beating him.

I don't want to see him fight then yet I do. I mean he isn't one of the elite anymore, but he still brings in the fans to watch him fight. His fights usually have a good scene and I wouldn't mind if he pulled off an upset before he retired, but I hope it's soon.
