He's achieved most of DLH's achievements againstt poorer opposition, but without the losses. So, ahead of DLH on the ATG list, but not by much, somewhere between 20 and 30.

If he would have beaten shane, he would be top 10 in my book. I believe he has the ABILITY to be top 10, but i need to see him beat a top welterweight contender. since he hasnt done that lately, im being very discriminative. but thank you very much for your respectful post. really.

I think people who try to place Floyd in those high numbers all time obviously isnt old enough to know all the all time greats, I know Im not. Im a huge PBF fan but when people say stuff like 15 and 20 all time great, that just tells me they arnt that old and havent studied those past fighters. Its too hard to put someone somewhere unless you are kinda old, because you would have had to know the circumstances going on during those times. 20 years from now one could look at Floyd's resume and say on he was great, but we know that there are bigger challenges at welter whereas someone at that time probably wouldnt know that.

thats why these all time lists are really subjective and not to be taken seriously. im just really ****ing around. I DO think PBF is top 20 but no where above 15. You cant deny what he has accomplished in the sport. But no way will he ever be in the top 10.

And yet you think that Floyd, who was #47 on ESPN's 50 GOAT list:

jumps 27+ spots beating a 34 year old, inactive DLH and a Hatton, with one poor showing at WW? C'mon man.

yup, for me he is top 25 ish as of now. but if he can unify at welter he would be at or just crack the top 20 on my list!

Anyone who had MAYWEATHER as the greatest fighter of all time (which many on here do) does not know what they are talking about.

But Mayweather is definetly a truly great fighter

That's all well and good. But you didn't mention shane before. You said Williams, and that's just silly.

Can you imagine someone saying "i didn't think Mayweather was better than Hearns before, but goddamn that dude beat Williams"

Nah man, i don't think he's necessarily guaranteed top 20. I'm just saying you could put together a reasonable argument for the sake of discussion.
