why does Floyd hate/refuse to work with Arum?

I can understand why Floy wanted out of his contract with Arum, he was unnecessary Floyd could self promote and keep all of his hard earned profits. But please tell me wht other reasons does Floyd have for "never wanting to work with Arum" As Ellerbe stated in the past. This isnt a thread to bash Arum I just want to understand Floyd's beef.

Floyd feels Bob Arum shafted him on his paydays. Floyd feels Bob was taking much more money than he should of for his bouts because he believes that fighters should get the majority of the money considering they are in the ring taking all the riskes and the promoters aren't. Their riff has basically arisen because of money and MM believing Arum was taking much more money from him than he should have.

i could understand PBF thinking this was too much risk not enough reward type fight for him when the DLH fight loomed on the horizon but I just dont believe he is scared of Margarito
