Zab is mentally ****ed. He has all the skills to hang with the elites, but not the mentality to hang with them. Once **** doesn't go his way, he gives up just about or concetes to his opponent and lets them have their way with him. He's definitely a front runner as Mayweather had described him. He's good for the first 4 rounds and you can see how the fight will go if he's not effective within those beginning rounds. His best late win was against Spinks and that's not saying much. The losses he's had in his career shouldn't have happened the way they did. Theres no excuse.

Zab would have be undefeated if fights were limited to 5 rounds.

Ya and that was a fight Zab could have won as he showed in the first round. But then, he goes and gets overconfident, lets down his guard completely and gets knocked into another world.

i think the father son trainer thing doesnt work for them. i think zab needs some one who will be hard with him at all time, sweet pea should train him for his final flight. and its not a typo i mean flight, as his last attempt to do anything

it is painful to see zab, because i still feel that he has the most talent of just about anyone in boxing, but he never lived up to it! i mean the ****er has a set of some of the fastest hands in the game, is blessed with a ton of great attributes, is very skilled, and is a south paw! i am not sure you could ask for anything more as far as raw talent goes! than you go to the mental aspect and he is as crazy as a mother****er,and he has these melt-down type episodes! it's like when it gets rough he just falls apart! it does not seem pysical, but more mental. i dont get it, but thats boxing! i just kills me though because i think he could have been right there with floyd and we would have had 2 unreal guys in our generation go down as atg's,and give us more history, and **** to talk about!

He lacks stamina as well as focus. For some reson he gets easily distracted and retracts from his original gameplan.

He's always looking to the side or outside of the ring. Wonder what he looks at.

Zab needs a new trainer. I'm not sure if he does good roadwork. He stops throwing punches when he starts getting hit. He's still a contender despite all of his flaws.
