Hopkins hasn't got any of his demands. In front of the media he likes to act like he is "legend" and can make all the requests. Hopkins wanted the fight at the Yankee Stadium in July with a 60-40 split. Instead the fight will be a 50-50 split in April in Las Vegas. Calzaghe wanted equal money and wanted the fight earlier in April.

Let's hope this fight comes through. B-Hop finds way to win even if it's ugly, but Joe raises his game in the big fights. Should be very interesting. Even though it was probably best for Hopkins not to say the things he said, but in the end it was a dumb move and a smart move at the same time. It got him critisism, but then also created even more interest in the fight.
