Exactly this is entertainment, I pay to see people talk **** and fight and back it up in the ring. I don't pay to see some mother****ers in a suit at a press conference saying "I reckon this will be a good fight" and that's it, the rest of the time their ****ing manager talks about sponsors and ****.

The way they give themselves to the sport and the public and how exciting they are in the ring. They have to be able to bring out that special emotion where you are .... OOOOH **** ITS ON NOW!!!!!

I guess it's different things...I usually like a fighter who fights the best guys he can, win or lose. I really like punchers, because I hate when it goes to the judges. I also like fighters who arent mouthy all the time. Plus I like to cheer for the underdog alot. It's a lot of intangibles when you get down to it I guess. Cause just because a fighter fits the profile I listed above, it wont always mean I cheer for him. I like MAB and EM because they fought wars and always went out to put on a show (yeah I know "old" MAB fought to just finish against Pac, but he doesnt have to prove anything anymore.) I always liked Gatti, even though he was hard to watch when he fought anyone good, cause you knew he would get beat to a pulp. Same with Diego (RIP). But the man kept fighting, out gunned or not. I always liked Tszyu, because he is a humble guy and he is a puncher. Plus he just always seemed like a really interesting guy. I always liked Oscar because he fought everybody. Win or lose, he didnt duck anyone. Hatton I used to hate (because of the way he beat Tszyu) but the guy is funny as hell, and humble, and always takes the fight to the other guy. How can you dislike a guy who wears a "Ricky Fatton" teeshirt after a fight? I like Pavlik because he is a puncher who fights the best and he can be hit, so it always makes the fight interesting. I like Sugar Shane cause he is a humble guy with tons of skill who has fought some great guys. There are many more, but that is a quick (or not so quick) list of some of the fighters I like and the reasons.

His style..I enjoy fighters that go to fight/****..like Gatti, Holyfield, Trinidad, Duran, Hagler, Tyson..thats what makes me root for a fighter. But I can still appreciate the more skilled aspect as well like PBF, DLH type of fighters.
