I knew about him, never cared for him till today i decided to view his record with an unbiased view. I was going to throw in a chavez v. mayweather clip may still do so. But i just wanted to show credit and if anything what amazed me is how he is letting his nephew duck fighters when he had to fight everybody.

Chavez really kicked his ass, those right hands weren't nothing nice.

Roger was a good ****ing fighter back in the day, I knew about him before they did all their 24/7 ****. I think alot of people knew about him, but just never heard him talk the way he talks, don't you think so.................... huh?

If you followed Floyd from the start, you knew who the Mayweathers are, unless you are not a curious person. If you watched boxing in the past 20 years, you know who Roger is, unless you are a casual fan and tend to only favor the Heavyweights.

I really don't care if someone just found out about him. I didn't know who some of the Old time fighters were until I started watching ESPN classics many years ago, and became curious to know who else was out there that came before.

I used to think it was tiresome to keep reminding some people that Ali did have a career prior to Frazier. Tyson, prior to prison, Louis, prior to Marciano and so on, but then I remember somebody coming back and telling me, Thanks for making them check it out, including myself to someone that informed me about certain old time fighters. I at one time was that little ****. Even today, I still have my door open for someone to say kindly, "listen you little ****, check this fighter/fight out."


24/7 allows a bit more of the personalities/showmanship to come across, which people like and can get them interested...people love a good personality and story.

I’ve posted highlights from old time fighters, some old fights from fighters way back, and if they watch, even a just a few, it’s good enough and I would hope people would do the same, since I haven’t seen them all either, far from it.

If someone just found out about Roger, well, maybe they will check out his fights. When doing so, they will notice a fighter named Chavez. From Chavez, maybe Whitaker, and then someone else…the cycle begins.

Roger is 1 of the craziest motha****as alive! I would take him with me to any street fight. I actually think PBFM missed Roger in the Baldomir fight. I think Roger would have got on Floyd & made sure he KOd Baldomir.
