Dude, you are right about that. And don't get me wrong, it should be a hell of a fight. But Clottey is not far better than Mathesse, Estrada, Suarez. They all were boxers who had 1-2 loses when they faced Cintron. But people here dismiss the fight like it is an easy fight for Clottey. And that is entirely wrong.

Agaisnt Margarito, I already posted. The Feliciano fight was ****, but Da Killer claimed he was "injured". I am close to the health care. Unless there was a fracture, I believe Kermit was exagerating. I had never bruise a knuckle bad enough to show the kind of pain Kermit claimed he had. And the tendon injury theory is bull****. You can't hurt a tendon with a fist punch injury. You need a puncture kind of trauma to injure a tendon. No matter what, the win was disappointing compared to what we are used to from him. Then again, it is part of a progressing and maturing process all boxers go through. The same experience he lacked when he fought Margarito. Look at Cotto now, and compare him to 2-3 years ago. Kermit is on a process. I laughed when he called out Mosley and mayorga, then again, you never know.
Whatever it is that Emmanuel Stuart saw on Kermit to call him up 2 days after losing to Margarito must be good enough to create an "elite WW". I just hope Kermit beats Clottey and Margarito next in order to start showing he can be consider elite. Until then, Kermit is a good boxer with great power that can't be understimated by NO ONE in the WW Division.

Clottey has not fadded, he has had hand problems and have been taking the last few rounds off. he runs marathons and is in perfect condition. That time was Williams vs Cintron. Hands problems? Ok, I'll buy that in the Margo fight, but against Felix Flores, he looked abit winded by the end of the fight.

Cintron is a good fighter and has a punchers chance of course but i just see Clottey edging him. i think Cintron would win the early rounds while Clottey is getting adjusted to his style, then i see Clottey coming on late and dicouraging Cintron, out working him, and sweeping the late rounds. this IS opinionated so neither of us is wrong.

How can you dare to dimish that win by KO in the 2nd round. Suarez was the bigger guy in the fight. Estrada went toe to toe with another elite WW. How can you dare to dimish his accomplishments in those fights.
