Its a punch you learn in the amateurs, i learnt it as well great punch but its very common, but hard to pull off i see guys in the gym trying to pull it off and they got countered straight away and put on there backsides because they don't know how to execute it properly.

While I simply just call it a hook, or Razor Ruddock labelled his the smash at the end of the day whatever you want to call it, it doesn't matter.

Floyd proved he was by far the better man which I thought he would do but by a decision. He beat my man fair and square and the ****ty refereeing made no difference to the outcome.

Tills and Skills are right and the way he threw that punch was beautiful and also devastating. It was nearly as beautiful as Ray Robinsons similar punch all them years ago against Gene Fullmer only not as quick or devastating, but still a thing of beauty .

And I'm with Wigley. It was a nice punch, but everyone should STFU about it already.

Punch of the year was Wlad's quadruple hook, that took the most talent, balance, speed, technique, etc. If you want to go on about a punch, talk about that one. The "check hook" was a nice counter, but not an extraordinary punch, not even May's best in that fight.
Audeys JAB is VERY GOOD when he uses it.. i hate it when he pours with it like Chris Byrd. (also Audley has one of the best UPPER CUTS in the heavyweight division)

Floyd's always had pop in his left hook. I recall him putting down Chico at the start of a round as well.

Roy Jones leaping left hook was masterful as well. Got to appreciate a potent left hook man.

              Lovely punch indeed..

But I am starting to sound like a Parrot.. Because Some people just dont seem to get something...

The check Hook is not the KO...

It was a KD down punch That was followed by a head down walk into the turnbuckle...

After which Hatton , clear eyed, Beat the 10 count and wa allowed to continue..

              NO KNOCK OUT....

Hatton then took 2 more Hooks, both behind the ear.. and a Short Crisp Right hand..That he didn't see.. which sent him down again... KO

I will say again.. The check hook was a dramatic moment.. But just because it's a nice story to tell your friend, doesn't mean ****.. It's Misinformation and a Lie to say that is the moment of KO...

              Thank you
