    Actually Floyd's plan was working and he set Hatton up for that shot for several rounds before it actually landed......Nice effort by Hatton though.

              There is no such thing as a lucky punch. Just because your boy was on the receiving end doesn't change this. I am curious to know what you found lucky about that punch. I've only seen the fight once, but I remember it being a pretty deliberate shot by Tarver (as opposed to some involuntary muscle spasm). Roy no longer had the athleticism to make up for his attrocious defense so he got caught flush and hit the dirt. Nothing lucky about it.

                Who the **** has seriously called Floyd an explosive puncher since he moved up to 147? No one that I know of.

                    i know it seems biased to me being he is my fav fighter... i dont take the win away from tarver he absolutely desvered it... i also understand the no such thing as a lucky punch... but....

                    tarvers head was down and he was staring at the canvas when he landed the punch... he wasnt even looking... to me.. THAT IS.. a lucky punch

                    i got in on video... the top of tarvers head was pointed at roy he wasnt even looking

                      I agree....every punch is thrown with an intention....some land where they are supposed to....some don't.....I wouldn't call it luck.
