there is no such thing as lucky punches in boxing, you should know that.with roy jones... roy is truly better than tarver... i think everyone knows that... and he DID get hit with a lucky punch... he did get knocked the **** out.. be he was still the better fighter
but in this case.. floyd was the better man all day... and he would be even more so in the rematch...
you just discredited yourself

There is no such thing as a lucky punch. Just because your boy was on the receiving end doesn't change this. I am curious to know what you found lucky about that punch. I've only seen the fight once, but I remember it being a pretty deliberate shot by Tarver (as opposed to some involuntary muscle spasm). Roy no longer had the athleticism to make up for his attrocious defense so he got caught flush and hit the dirt. Nothing lucky about it.Comment

LOL at every single idiot in this thread... yes, all of you.
You all took Wire seriously, even though he called Floyd an explosive puncher.
Who the **** has seriously called Floyd an explosive puncher since he moved up to 147? No one that I know of.
Come on y'all, that one wasn't even hard to figure out.Comment

I agree....every punch is thrown with an intention....some land where they are supposed to....some don't.....I wouldn't call it luck. There is no such thing as a lucky punch.
