I haven’t got sound at work but i didn’t see him pull any faces or anything didn’t look that bad. Didn’t ali used to bad mouth his opponents i know he used to taunt liston and follow him around hatton has to get over it and sort it out in the ring.

Witter gave Hatton credit for the victory but also posed the challenge which Hatton has avoided for 7 years since. It was hardly a gatecrashing, the TV team had Witter clearly setup for this interview along with Hatton and Thaxton in the hope of generating interest for the fight. This is an example of how false information spread by the media and Hatton fans has completely distorted the whole Witter / Hatton fued.

It wasn't to bad unless you are against someone calling out an opponent that just fought (in what looks to have been a tough battle).

But damn, that's a long time, no wonder Junior is pissed. He did challenge him and he did go up against Judah when Zab was still good mentally an physically, so it doesn't seem like he dodges anyone, just once a chance at the best.

Witter holds a title at 140, which makes him a top fighter at 140. He lives in the same country so the fight could be made with no problem.

If Hatton wants to continue fighting at 140, he has to fight the best, and that means Witter is on that list.

It also looks bad when somebody has been calling you out, who is in the same division and same country as you, and you avoid fighting...especially since Witter holds a title now.

I doubt Hatton couldn't get good coin on that fight. I would think more people would know Witter than Paulie

I've said the same goes for Floyd. If he comes back to 147, since he calls himself the welterweight Champion, he has to fight the top fighters, which means the fighters with the belts.
