According to ESPN...It looks like Clottey vs. Cotto in March!!!!!

Once Clottey gets pass Shamone Alvarez this month, he could get a possible match in March against Cotto according to ESPN. Clottey deserves a big match.

    Ill take Clottey....UD.

His defense and combo punching will give Cotto fits.

Clottey is a very good fighter, i think he's also very exciting, and he's probably the best conditioned athlete on the planet lol, the guy is ****ing amazing.

BUT, I think he's gonna get knocked out with body punches. He has an airtight defense for upstairs, but the left hook shots to his sides are fairly open, and defnetly open enough for Cotto to get his dirty work done.

I think its gonna be an exciting fight for 5 or 6 rounds, but Cotto breaks him town and stops him late.

Im a fan of both guys, i would love to see this fight happen. But i think a lot of people are gonna want Cotto to face some of the other welterweights

IDK who Shamone Alvarez is, but he has 1 inch reach advantage and he has never lost a fight. Are you sure clottery will beat him?

It's still up in the air. Oscar doesnt have any other option, he might be forced to pick Cotto even though I dont think he wants the fight at all.

I still havent seen Clottey;s last fight where I heard he looked average.

I think Cotto will lose rounds early and take control late. Clottey sits back with his hands up too much, Cotto can take advantage of that and land body punches.

He looked average... but when he actually tried and turned it up he looked great.

He said with complete straight look on his face, that he was just getting rounds in. And they were good tough rounds, and thats all it was
