I've got a terrible feeling that Ricky's next opponent could be a big dissapointment. Somebody has already mentioned Lazcano, he would be my choice as well.

        a World Ranked opponent

well Team Hatton has said they want it to be someone World Ranked .. outside of Hatton himself and of course the belt holders Malignaggi, Witter, Torres, Rees (who is the most fortunate belt holder)

how many other 140 pounders are out there.

I could see team Hatton picking Lazcano like the above poster said

because Lazcano was beaten most recently by Vivian Harris .. who was kayo'd by Junior Witter

If Hatton does fight Witter, I'd like it to be his next fight. Hatton has a point to prove and he would literally kill Witter, bout time someone shut that **** up!

He does have the best fans in the world. HOW ABOUT LETTING THEM SEE YOU FIGHT FOR CHEAP. Now that would be paying back your fans.

I think it will either be Rees or Torres in England. A relatively easy fight with a title on the line after the toughest test of his career. He won't fight Malignaggi in England as he's made it clear he wants to fight at MSG and Paulie is his ticket there. And he won't fight Witter unless he's exhausted all other possibilities.

Thinking of Hatton's MO I think they will try and get him a fight with Casamayor. Casa is a semi-shot fighter who is will be looking to cash in very soon and Hatton will have another KO on his resume to boost his confidence.

This will be the lead up to a bigger payday with a big name, i.e. DLH, Pac
