is his concentration. ive never seen a fighter so focused in the ring. when you look at his eyes, expression on his face, you can see that he is processing scenarios in his head regarding his opponents next movement. he sees his opponent's moves before they happen like in that scene in The Last Samurai when Tom Cruise takes on 4 dudes. Someone has an animated gif here where Floyd is ducking a couple of punches from Baldomir and the one that stands out is a left hook thrown by Baldomir while Floyd is facing away from it and Floyd ducks around the same time Baldomir begins to throw it. I dont even think Floyd was looking. That **** was amazing.
The single most impressive aspect of Floyd's game to me

the most impressive aspect to his game is his speed..obvously he has great ring smarts aswell..but without his speed...his wouldnt beable to use his ring smarts,as he does.
Sad thing is..speed is one of the 1st things to go...i expect floyd to be properly retired in 12months/18 months time.I dnt see how he could dominate top welters by being slower...as slow or slower as his oponents. Against hatton his speed still looked very good..at 30...but hewont be one of those fighters who is still fighting in his mid-late 30's...he knows he wont have the speed to compete with the very best in welter at that time.Comment

No, speed isnt his most impressive aspect, speed doesnt make you more intelligent, his calmness and his ring intelligence are what makes him who he is, James Toney is very similar, he remains calm at all times.the most impressive aspect to his game is his speed..obvously he has great ring smarts aswell..but without his speed...his wouldnt beable to use his ring smarts,as he does.
