If Cotto stays smart, and doesn't get frustrated, he has a shot. But if he tries to impose his will, and tries to do the bull in the china cabinet thing, he's going to run into some lead rights. Power wise, Cotto isn't something Mayweather hasn't seen before. I see Mayweather using the jab as a range finder, hitting Cotto as he comes in, and being Cottos equal in the clinches. Come around the 7th round, Mayweather will start to let his hands go, and Cotto will be in trouble.
The championship rounds, I think Cotto hangs on to see himself losing a close decision.
I WANT to see this fight happen. I just think Mayweather has enough tools to frustrate Cotto into fighting a fight he can't win. It should be good though.

Well, i don't got too much time, but here's my answer for #1:

When Mayweather is pressured, he gets himself into trouble. We saw it with Jose Luis Castillo and in the first few rounds with Ricky Hatton. So why is Cotto any diffrent? Because he's got the stamina, the exprerience, and the power to press Mayweather for all 12 rounds (if it even goes that far).

#1. Cotto could punch through Mayweathers shell. He will hit you anywhere and it will always hurt.

#2 Mayweather could get inside of williams and open up when williams goes into elbow punching mode. Having said that, Williams can do what is pretty important, beat mayweather to the jab if the fight stays ranged.
