I agree to. Soto tried to apply pressure, but Guzman was hard to hit. Soto is a lot better boxer than Valero, so I don't see Valero finding Guzman very often. He would either KO him late of win an easy UD. Valero would actually have a better chance at Pac because he fights in front of you. Good boxers like JMM and Guzman would destroy him.
LMAO! Guzman would eat Valero alive!!!!!

I said disagree because Soto showed Guzman could be hit flush and pretty often at that. When Valero hits Guzman, what happens? That we dont know so this isnt a black and white issue. Sure, Guzman will do his dancing and running around making Valero look "foolish" (i think Guzman is the one who looks foolish when he does these things) but hes bound to get hit, so Valero definately has a shot.Comment

I agree he would probably get torn to shreds, however Valero has improved DRAMATICALLY since earlier in his career. If he becomes more disciplined there is no stopping him.Comment

Guzman is the next Mayweather IMO, he can fight at 148lbs and is just as slick if not slicker than Mayweather, and if he can "Mayweather" these 130lbers, imagine what he'd do to the slower fighters 18lbs north.
He's something special.Comment

Too wild to be a Mayweather. He takes too many chances and it will cost him doen the line. But damn, does it make him exciting to watch. Mayweather would never have jumped on Barrios from the opening bell.Comment

I agree Guzman is apparent heir to the throne. Once floyd has retired he will be the P4P King. Watch out 2008!Last edited by Parody; 12-17-2007, 12:12 AM.Comment
