Im tired of reading people say that "Mayweather can easily make 140" truth be told he can't! If he could then he would have fought Hatton at 140 but he didn't, Mayweather is a legit welterweight!

That is bull****. Every other fighter on the planet routinely drains 8 lb in water to make weight. Floyd would have no trouble doing so.

Floyd is still a LW/JWW. He is the smallest WW. He is smaller than many JWW's.
