I think it is, thats why he hasn't fought the best welter-weights yet.

Who is Floyd MayweatherS?
Just playing.
Mayweather beat two former undisputed Welterweight champions in Baldomir and Judah, former Champs in Hatton and Mitchell. None of those are particularly LARGE men, but he showed that he had no trouble with bigger men when he SD'd de la Hoya. Well, not no trouble. I thought de la Hoya won. But it was close. -
Well he can easily make 140 and probably 135 if he wanted to, because with the way he trains, he eats whatever the **** he wants, which isn't much but he can eat junk if he wishes because he works out so much.
I'd say that he'd probably dominate everybody down at 140.Comment

id like to see him settle at welter and beat a few peeps, i mean hes jumped too many divisions and beat the title holders, no short feat granted, but he's obviously a natural welter in stature imo and if he continues to fight is should be at that weight because at the moment its the best division out there.Comment

Ain't **** at 140 but Malignaggi or Witter. If he went to 140 they would say he's picking on smaller guys. Floyd fought the champions at 147 when he first got there. Baldomir sucks but he was the champ then NOT Mosley. When he fought Judah nobody was talking about Mosley. Cotto wasn't big as he is right now either.Comment

No he wouldn't have. Mayweather holds the WBC at 147. Hatton holds the IBO at 140. Whats the point, know what I mean?Comment
