Miguel Cotto shares the same fate as Hatton.

Both come in with their head too much and take too much flush punishment.

Floyd knows Hatton was damaged goods when he fought him.

He doesn't want Hatton to fight again because he knows it will result in another 'L' and cheapen his win.

hatton is a true warrior and all of the true warriors in the history of boxing have had a defeat and come back to win more championships. mayweather doesnt know nothing about being a true warrior.

and this fight was not a war. hatton has been through real wars that mayweater doesnt have the balls to step up to.

You're a dreaming if you believe that Ricky Hatton is going to accomplish anything greater than he has already accomplished after taking his first loss in 40+ fights.

          You're ****ing dreaming.

If Floyd ever loses before he retires, I won't be surprised if he'll never be the same Floyd and start losing 2 fights in a row.

Well, Floyd was unmarked at an after-party an hour after the fight. Take his words in that context.

Floyds only four fights at WW:

Sharmba Mitchell, against Floyd TKO'd in the 6th
since then, TKO'd by Paul Williams in the 4th

                Zab Judah, against Floyd LUD12
since then, TKO'd by Miguel Cotto in the 11th

                Carlos Baldomir, against Floyd LUD12
                since then, LUD12 Vernon Forrest.

Ricky Hatton, against Floyd TKO'd in the 10th
                since then, TBD

                Doesn't look good for Ricky.

at least Vargas and Morales fought the best in their respected divishions (except Mayorga), not jump around to avoid the best.
