WHO DOES MAYWEATHER HAVE TO BEAT(again)to SERIOUSLY EARN YOUR RESPECT& Be called ATG?

Mayweather is still undefeated....I respect that.. 39 fight still unbeaten.. Few hall of famers in it.. 17+ of champions... A few big undefeated names...Corrales/hatton... He's been in brawls and everything..

WHO does he HAVe to beat for you to Say he's an ATG?

he (floyd) can fight klitschko, and still be clowned...

    Exact truth...

I can hear it now... Klitcscko was too slow for floyd.. of course he would win against a slow heavy weight...

But Ali and tyson would whoop him easily...

    *Floyd beats tyson*

See tyson is a bum.. lennox beat him... so of course floyd would beat tyson...

But I'm sure rampage from the UFC would stomp floyd..

    *Floyd beats Rampage*

That Big Sasquash from from the beef jerky commercials... I'm sure floyd wouldn't stand a chance against his jab...

    *Floyd loses to sasquash*

See floyd sucks... always faced soft competition before Sasquash.

He's already an all-time great, but fighting Cotto would pretty much leaveno doubt to anyone else. There would really be no one else for him to beat after Cotto.

I was very impressed with Floyd’s last performance b/c he fought like an ATG and really acted like one in the post fight interviews…

As for the thread question, I’d say a Miquel Cotto win would solidify his legacy…

            Hes already an ATG.

A Cotto domination would just expose Cotto in my eyes.

i agree with u... i bet baldomir knocks him out.... no, i bet oscar knocks him out... no, i bet hatton knocks him out.... not even close... well baldomir is a journeyman... well oscars past his prime... well, hattons too small... gattis a garbage brawler... corrales is overrated... castillo won the first one.... it goes on and on... whose ever at the top, is hated on the most... its just the way it is...

did you read cottos" news column... i love it.. he says... "what you have to do to mayweather is apply pressure" hahahaahahahahahhaahahahahahahahahahahahah..... damn cotto... you figured it out!!!! lol.... yeah right

guys.. miguel cotto, is not an atg.. nor is he a hall of famer... how would beating cotto solidify floyd? he beat A/D/D zab judah, and a 36 yr old mosley.... GOOD WINS... but.... its not like hes been this standing champion for all these years... cotto needs to beat floyd WAY more than floyd needs to beat cotto

Take out Mosley and Cotto. He really wants to be great whoever rises out of the WW pool of Williams, Marg, Cintron and Clottey.

He wouldn't have to beat anyone else in my book because there's noone else for him. He can beat anyone at 147, being age 30 but in 2 years if he comes back to fight lets say a Williams he would lose. Floyd depends on his laser guided punches and speed to win and with age you lose those. He has said he won't let boxing retire him so he will fight again only if he thinks he has to. You never know fighters... In my book he's already an all time great forthis era has he has beat the best on the division and frankly it would be ****** of him to risk his 0 for a defense against a contender for less money than he's used to. He doesn't need the likes of Williams, Cotto, etc, he simply doesn't need them.
