Miguel Cotto: "Mayweather Always Makes Excuses"

WBA welterweight champion Miguel Cotto (31-0, 25KOs) is not going to wait around for his WBC counterpart, Floyd Mayweather Jr (39-0, 25KOs), to make a decision as to whether or not he will fight him. This is clearly Bob Arum talking, and Floyd has never done anything close to ducking Cotto, everyone knew he was taking a long break after the Hatton fight and Cotto/Arum are trying to take advantage of that.

If I were Floyd, I would tell Cotto I would take the fight, but only if he drops Arum as a promoter.

It's not proper form to start calling out a fighter when he is considering retirment or was retired, in Hatton's case when he called out Floyd.

Floyd just needs to stop make'n excuses n fight Cotto!!!. He even said himself that he's got enough money, so why not give what the boxing fans want and defend his title against the best, like a true champion, and not hand picked opponents thats more sutible for him.
