How many Pay-Per-Views for Wlad Klitschko

Curious about this right here, how many times has this guy been on PPV? He's the best in the division but I don't think I have ever had to pay to see him fight.

There is a simple reason for that...
He is merely the best of a very poor lot. There is not a heavyweight match-up that I would pay to see...period.

who the hell would pay to see mediocre heavyweights fight? there isn't a great heavyweight in the world. these guys are just better than the rest of the bunch, which doesn't say much

As soon as he gets a serious contender, he'll get a PPV. But no other Heavy has put on a decent run. Peter seems already to have ****ed up the prospect of a megafight with Wlad down the line. If Peter does grab the WBC, they'll still be fighting a unification on regular HBO

a fight between him and his brother vitali "fredo" would see, but that is just wrong to have them fight.

maybe they can tape a sparring session and then sell the tape.

Maybe PETER-KLITSCHKO 2 would be PPV, but i wouldnt pay for it. There is a SINGLE entertaining heavyweight matchup that comes close to being worth paying for

Not yet. For ANY ppv you need two guys on impressive winning streaks. That hasn't happened at HW in years. Everytime a guy gets two wins, he loses.

Brewster had a decent run but got hammered. Peter had the two Toney fights, but then nearly lost to McCline. If he knockls out Maskaev and has two defenses, we could get a big HW showdown with Wlad.

IMO if anyone can beat Wlad it's Chagaev. I'd like to see him against Valuev as well. Peter would lose badly to Wlad. He has developed boxing skills, but IMO outpointing Wlad is near impossible. If he was to beat Wlad, it would be by his clubbing techniques and try to take him out, but I doubt Wlad would fall for the same things as the first fight.

I hate PPVs. When a fighter becomes a PPV fighter, i cry. Its ridiculous that I cant watch a top fighter without having to pay to see the match.

I hope Wlad becomes incredibly successful and popular, but NEVER, EVER fights on PPV. It makes me laugh that Sultan Imbragimov has actually been the headliner for two PPVs. actually, it makes me quite sick.

Pavlik vs. Taylor 1 and Calzaghe vs. Kessler were two of the happiest boxing moments in recent memory, because it makes it so much more enjoyable when I realize I didnt have to shell out 50 bucks for it. and those were fantastic fights. so those two things together=****in awesome
Seriously yall. lets push to try and have non-ppv boxing matches, or even better, top level boxing matches on cable television
