+ a slice of PPV Profits (Apparently The PPV did more than 1.5 million buys)
+ he gets paid by HBO + SKY because he is the co-promoter of the fight with Golden Boy promotions.

Hatton got $ 6 million guaranteed and a slice of PPV from Sky which according to the sun did 900,000 at £15 each ( $30) compare that to 1.5 + PPV million buys at $54.99

Also Hatton got paid by Sky, not HBO, but Sky paid the promoters as well (Golden Boy Promotions and Mayweather Promotions.)
