Still though, I told everyone that this fight was overrated. People make it sound like it was a super great fight but it didnt even live up to half the hype if you ask me. It was really boring. Cotto was very good early but didnt do much down the stretch while Shane was only throwing one shot at a time most of the fight and had horrible reflexes
As someone picking Shane it felt like betting on a horse who came up with 3 legs. Very frustrating.

It was sort of boring. Mosley started to show his age & after Cotto realized he couldnt Knock Shane out he just started trying to get points. But we had just seen Taylor/Pavlik, Calzaghe/Kessler, & we knew we had Mayweather/Hatton coming so us real fans were just in boxing heaven around that thime.

I enjoyed Mayweather-Hatton more than Cotto-Mosley. I agree with someone else who stated Shane just stood in front of Cotto and let him connect with clear shots. Its like Shane didn't have the fire in him.

A really really hard fight to score all around ... either a draw oran edge to mosley ...crowd played a big difference ..mosley landed some hard body shots and landed pretty good inside and hit cotto with some mean lead right hands....cotto jab and countering was pretty good ... mosley definitely pulls out after throwing a punch that just begs for a counter left hand ...

sorry but floyd would beat both of them ...wide UD ...maybe could even score a knocked out against cotto ... shane would lose a UD ...
Pretty crappy post. I didn't even have a problem with the main point, if you think it's boring, think that, but the rest was just offl.

Honestly, if you scored it for Shane you can't score boxing, coming from someone who was going for Shane. You think he KO's Cotto? Based on what? He may beat both(certainly WOULD beat Mosley) but would KO neither. I think Cotto has a pretty good chance to win.
